Nick is a managing partner at Green Street Land Development Co., LLC. He is also president of Amicus Partners, a local civil engineering firm. Nick has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with an emphasis in land development. In addition to his Site Design experience, Nick is skilled in Green Building, particularly in creating single-family homes that meet or exceed the Department of Energy’s Zero Energy Ready Home standards. He’s built and certified several homes in Charlotte area, with 50% of them boasting negative HERS ratings, indicating they generated more energy than they consumed.

At Green Street Land Development Co., LLC, Kristin Pruitt serves as a managing partner responsible for land acquisition and community relations. Before obtaining her Real Estate license and co-founding Green Street, Kristin spent 17 years as a Supervisor in the Mecklenburg County Register of Deeds Office. She excels in recognizing advantageous development prospects within secondary markets. Upon identifying a deal, she oversees due diligence and entitlement processes. Kristin is also committed to fostering enduring ties with community leaders, ensuring ongoing project support and cultivating future prospects.
